Alys currently specialises in Employment Litigation, assisting her clients with navigating the Tribunal process and all stages of case management across the short track, standard track, and open track.

Alys has developed a range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law in addition to Data Subject Access Requests. Alys’ previous experience with HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, redundancies, and TUPE is invaluable as she also supports clients to achieve successful results pre-litigation.
